The Senior Technical Program Manager will define and deliver complex, cross-organizational, global, or technology-impact programs for the PubTech team. The role partners with leadership, builds consensus, communicates complex trade-offs, influences priorities and technology direction, manages cross-functional stakeholders, avoids prior technology failure patterns, escalates technical issues, and delivers solutions meeting Amazon standards for stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence. The position requires extensive technical product, program management, engineering, and software development experience, and is available in New York, Austin, and Seattle with the listed annual salary ranges.
