AWS Infrastructure Services is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of GPU-accelerated servers powering AI/ML workloads across its global fleet. The role coordinates requirements, cross-functional hardware and software engineering teams, ODM partnerships, manufacturing readiness, quality testing, deployment readiness, risk management, root-cause analysis, and closed-loop design improvements. It requires at least five years of technical product or program management experience and seven years of direct engineering-team experience, with additional qualifications in data-center systems, AI/ML hardware, project management, and ODM coordination. The position is based in Cupertino, California, or Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries of $171,000–$231,400 USD in Cupertino and $148,700–$201,200 USD in Seattle.
