Amazon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end health and reliability of 100+ partner integrations across automotive, ticketing, wearables, virtual reality, mobile, and other emerging experiences. The role manages OEM onboarding, API integrations, feature enablement, cross-functional program plans, defect backlogs, SLA reporting, and partner issue resolution across five or more engineering teams, while also managing offshore support engineers and piloting AI-powered ticket-routing tooling. The position requires extensive software development, technical product or program management, and engineering-team experience, and is based in Culver City or Seattle with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.
