Description

Prime Video is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive complex availability, reliability, and operational-excellence initiatives across multiple engineering teams. The role partners with product, software development, QA, release, and other teams to plan and execute technical programs, manage incidents and escalations, develop availability specifications, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and improve system uptime and operational health. The position is based in Seattle, Washington; Austin, Texas; or Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
