Description

Amazon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead satellite assembly, integration, and test programs for its Leo satellite network. The individual contributor will drive vehicle-level qualification, test planning and execution, schedules, dependencies, risks, hardware and software deliverables, test readiness reviews, mechanical GSE and test-rack support, and venue logistics. The role requires direct technical experience developing and testing relevant systems, cross-functional program management, and strong stakeholder coordination. The position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of 148,700 to 201,200 USD annually.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
