Affirm is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning and transformation programs across engineering, product, analytics, and other cross-functional teams. The role focuses on aligning strategy and priorities, implementing lean and data-driven operational frameworks, managing change requirements and dependencies, improving processes, and driving adoption of new ways of working. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience, eight years of program, process, and change-management experience in a technology environment, strong technical and stakeholder-management skills, and experience scaling frameworks in a remote-friendly culture. The position is remote-first, with a base pay range of $128,000 to $188,000 per year and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for employees and dependents.
