Description

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Space Special Programs business line. The role owns and executes space system development and delivery programs, coordinates customers and engineering teams, develops technical paths and execution plans, manages budgets and schedules, and supports commercial growth. Candidates need space hardware or satellite program experience, spacecraft or subsystem team management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: Experience executing engineering or program management responsibilities for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites
At least 4 years of experience managing spacecraft or space subsystem teams
Experience deploying and integrating sophisticated hardware and software systems for national security space systems
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications: Prior engineering work on space systems
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to successful project completion
Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and simplify complex problems
