Description
Axon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale deployments for strategic and global customers. The role manages multiple programs, coordinates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, and external partners, handles scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, change management, and adoption, and communicates complex technical and operational information across executive, technical, and customer audiences. The position is based at Axon hub sites, requires at least one office day per week when not traveling, and involves 30–50% domestic onsite travel with enterprise customers. The role requires 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS, hardware-enabled platforms, or mission-critical environments, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; PMP certification is preferred. The base pay range is $131,250–$210,000 USD.
