Coupang is hiring a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for its Intelligent Cloud organization to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across cloud infrastructure, compute, networking, storage, AI infrastructure, platform services, reliability, security, and operational excellence. The role partners with engineering, product, finance, security, and operations leaders to define strategy, manage dependencies, drive platform transformations, establish governance and reporting mechanisms, analyze technical and business data, and present risks and recommendations to senior leadership. The position requires at least 12 years of experience leading large-scale technical programs and offers a hybrid, onsite, or remote work model.
