Description
Crate and Barrel is seeking a fully remote Senior Technical Program Manager to lead its Warehouse Modernization and Transportation Modernization initiatives from discovery through delivery. The individual contributor will oversee complex enterprise programs, including WMS and supply chain execution implementations, using agile methodologies; manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality; coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders; and promote program management, agile best practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 8 years of technology-environment experience, at least 5 years managing complex programs or serving in a senior agile role, and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
