The role combines technical program leadership, architectural governance, Agile process engineering, delivery metrics, risk and compliance management, stakeholder communication, and mentoring. The successful candidate will have an engineering background, 7+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a computing-related field, and strong knowledge of software and platform engineering environments. Ezra is a B2B digital lending FinTech operating across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, with key offices in Nairobi and Dubai.
