Hellbender Inc. is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional hardware and software programs from concept through production launch. The role coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, purchasing, compliance, and other stakeholders; manages schedules, risks, budgets, milestones, and NPI transitions; and supports ITAR and government-contracting requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, 10–15 years of technical or engineering program management experience, and is based in Pittsburgh with a hybrid work environment.
