Human Interest is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for Money Movement to oversee the planning, execution, risk mitigation, reporting, and optimization of financial operations involving deposits and withdrawals. The role collaborates with design, product management, and engineering; supports self-service product development; and manages project portfolios, roadmaps, resourcing, and cost management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, at least three years of technical program management experience, Agile SDLC experience, cloud-based service-oriented architecture experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration and technical problem-solving skills. The position offers a base salary of $200,000 to $220,000 plus potential bonuses, commissions, and equity, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and wellness benefits.
