Description
IMAX is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs across their portfolio of projection, imaging, audio, and cinema technologies. This role involves driving strategic initiatives such as new product development, technology modernization, lifecycle management, and system enhancements. The manager will coordinate activities across various engineering disciplines and stakeholder groups, develop program plans, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, and promote continuous improvement. They will also manage technology projects focused on refreshing, modernizing, and lifecycle management of IMAX's global installed base, partnering with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field support teams. Additionally, the role includes defining and maintaining technology roadmaps, supporting annual and multi-year engineering planning, identifying and prioritizing engineering investments, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop business cases for engineering initiatives.
