InPost is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and deliver complex, cross-team technology programs for its FMCG e-commerce and logistics platforms. The role covers program planning, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, KPIs, governance, rollout reviews, non-functional requirements, AI tooling, and mentoring of Associate TPMs. It is a hands-on senior individual contributor role requiring at least five years of technology program management experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with Agile, SQL, web services, and English and Polish.
