Lightning AI is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs spanning compute, network, storage, observability, and datacenter operations. The role owns program planning, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation, and delivery coordination across engineering, operations, hardware, security, and platform teams, while supporting infrastructure readiness, capacity growth, hardware bring-up, and platform rollouts. The position requires at least eight years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, cloud, or distributed systems, offers a base salary of $160,000–$220,000 USD, and provides a hybrid work model for office-based teams.
