Mastercard is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Portfolio Intelligence team to own end-to-end execution of complex technology initiatives, manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery plans, and improve program governance and predictability. The role requires technical depth, Agile and hybrid delivery knowledge, systems-level thinking, data-driven execution, and experience with project management tools. It is a hybrid position based in Arlington, Virginia, requiring three days per week onsite, and is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
