Mastercard is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the delivery plan for shared data models and pipelines across product, platform, cloud operations, data governance, and vendor teams. The role manages dependencies, runs the migration from Hadoop and on-premises ETL to Databricks, maintains operational commitments for legacy systems, and leads adoption of shared platforms. It requires experience in data engineering, data platforms, or analytics infrastructure; knowledge of Hadoop, Hive, ETL, Databricks, Spark, Airflow, SQL, data modelling, data governance, and platform migrations; and the ability to work through ambiguity.
