Microsoft is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to serve as the primary engineering point of contact for top enterprise customers, leading complex cross-team technical programs that improve Azure Core platform reliability, performance, scalability, and supportability. The role partners with customer engineering teams, MCAPS, and Azure service owners; defines program scope and milestones; manages escalations and issues; translates customer insights into engineering feedback; and coordinates updates across product, engineering, support, and field teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years managing cross-functional projects, and offers a U.S. base pay range of USD $119,800 to $234,700 per year.
