Microsoft is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Finance Data & Experiences organization to lead CapEx, COGS, and gross margin reporting modernization and business transformation initiatives. The role owns end-to-end delivery of complex programs, defines strategy and roadmaps, manages risks and stakeholders, partners with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations teams, and drives automation, AI, data analytics, and reporting capabilities. It follows a hybrid model requiring on-site presence at the Redmond campus three days per week and offers a typical U.S. base pay range of USD $119,800 to $234,700 per year.
