Description
MongoDB is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the delivery of complex, cross-functional HR technology programs. The role coordinates product development and internal stakeholders, prioritizes backlogs and release roadmaps, manages project risks and backlog health, leads retrospectives, and develops operational processes. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in a PMO or engineering organization, end-to-end HR technical program experience, knowledge of HR technology domains, proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and GSuite, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position is based in Gurugram with a hybrid working model.
