Nebius is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and other critical IT infrastructure for hyperscale AI workloads. The role coordinates engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams; defines scope, schedule, and risks; manages vendors and contractors; and provides program reporting. It requires hands-on experience with physical infrastructure, including data center readiness, large-scale server deployments, high-bandwidth networking, and commissioning. The position may require on-site data center presence during deployment and offers US medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, parental leave, and compensation of $115,000 to $275,000 OTE.
