OpenAI is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional security, privacy, IT, and compliance initiatives across infrastructure, product, and policy. The role focuses on vulnerability management, insider threat, information security, physical security, incident response, supply chain risk, device security, infrastructure hardening, datacenter security, and merger and acquisition security. The manager will translate security and privacy commitments into engineering milestones, maintain program visibility across risks and dependencies, communicate risks and tradeoffs to technical and executive audiences, and drive execution with engineering, legal, privacy, infrastructure, application, and product stakeholders.
