Loft is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Infrastructure team to manage complex, cross-functional workloads and programs, support global on-call scheduling, establish and improve ways of working, and track risks, dependencies, and escalations. The role partners with Cloud, Test, Space Infrastructure, Operations, Solutions, and Product Engineering teams and requires at least eight years of technical program or project management experience in software and service operations, along with Jira, Confluence, Agile, analytical, communication, and travel capabilities. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, equity, parental leave, and other benefits, with a stated base salary of $150,000–$190,000 per year.
