Description
Parloa is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a strategic cross-organizational program from definition through launch. The role owns the integrated execution plan, dependencies, risk management, launch readiness, release readiness, delivery trade-offs, metrics, executive decision-making, and technical communication across engineering, product, platform, security, legal, and commercial teams. The position requires at least seven years of technical program management or equivalent experience leading large-scale software engineering programs, with a strong track record in complex cross-functional delivery, production release readiness, risk mitigation, and technical communication. Experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered products is preferred.
