Renew Home is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and operational health of complex, cross-functional programs across their Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platform and consumer energy products. This independent role involves defining program frameworks, communicating trade-offs and risks, and serving as a technical and operational thought partner to Engineering and Product leadership. The manager will require significant cross-functional situational awareness, collaborating with various internal departments such as Engineering, Product, Design, Business Development, Customer Success, Grid Operations, and strategic planning.
