Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management within enterprise technology environments
Strong experience managing programs involving infrastructure, cloud platforms, systems integration, and enterprise IT services
Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
Experience working in environments where IT services are developed and managed with a product mindset
Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and drive delivery.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in gaming, entertainment, or high-growth technology companies.
Background in internal platforms, enterprise SaaS, or shared service environments
Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions, including automation or intelligent systems (e.g., Agentic AI, copilots, workflow automation)
Familiarity with LLM-based applications or AI service delivery models
Experience driving process improvements across IT, Security, or Operations functions
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Product-related certification.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
