Shield AI is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead execution within its XBAT organization. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering, integration, flight test, and operations activities for the Hopper Demonstration Program, including program planning, technical risk management, demonstration readiness, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, systems, or a related technical discipline, at least eight years of experience in aerospace or unmanned systems development, and U.S. Person status; an S//SAR security clearance is desired.
