Shield AI is seeking a Program Manager to support and help lead the development and delivery of unmanned aerial vehicle systems. The role manages complex software development projects across hardware, software, legal, safety, security, business, finance, supply chain, and operations teams; creates project plans; tracks requirements; identifies and manages risks; and communicates status to stakeholders and upper management. The position requires experience managing complex software development projects, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, resources, and both waterfall and agile processes, along with scheduling and Microsoft Office experience.
