Tekion is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives critical to its business and product strategy. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, coordinates engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and other teams, manages risks and dependencies, establishes reporting cadences, mentors junior TPMs, and contributes to strategic planning and roadmapping. Candidates should have 6–8 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership, along with software development, system architecture, agile, stakeholder management, and project-management-tool proficiency.
