WEX is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs focused primarily on improving internal tooling and services for employees. The role partners with Technology, Product, Solution Architecture, engineering, and Digital leadership to plan and execute multi-quarter roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, track delivery and financial health, maintain Jira and other project-management data, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Candidates need a technical or related degree or equivalent experience, strong technical program management experience, SDLC and cloud knowledge, Agile expertise, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
