Okta is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations team to drive large-scale, complex cross-functional programs in Platform Infrastructure. The role partners with Product and Engineering to define scope and technical requirements, manage integrated plans and timelines, resolve risks and dependencies, communicate progress to stakeholders, and support operational excellence and security standards. The position requires at least five years of technical program management experience in software, SaaS, or systems development, preferably with a cyber security focus, along with strong communication, collaboration, risk management, and agile program management skills. The role is hybrid and offers an annual base salary of CAD 108,000–148,500 for candidates located in Canada, plus equity, bonus, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
