Amazon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-year technical programs across AWS Organizations, Accounts, and Control Tower. The role coordinates strategy, requirements, roadmaps, governance, and cross-service integrations across AWS Organizations and Accounts, works with senior product and engineering leaders, and secures commitment from technical teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of technical program management experience, strong communication and presentation skills, expertise in AI/ML-assisted development and agentic automation, and experience with large-scale distributed systems and cross-organization programs. The position is available in Santa Clara, California; Arlington, Virginia; and Seattle, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $148,700 to $231,400 annually depending on location.
