Nebius is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Capacity team to drive capacity expansion across data centers. The role combines data analysis, forecasting, infrastructure planning, procurement, and cross-functional coordination to analyze cloud-resource consumption, forecast demand, identify capacity risks, and manage the end-to-end delivery of additional compute and storage capacity. Candidates should have experience in technical project or program management, data analytics, capacity planning, or infrastructure planning, along with strong analytical, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
