WHOOP is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead execution across its Core Algorithm Development team. The role partners with algorithm engineers, data scientists, firmware engineers, software teams, product management, and validation teams to plan, develop, validate, integrate, and release physiological algorithms. Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, program reporting, release readiness, and continuous improvement of development processes. The position is based in the Boston, Massachusetts office, requires at least five years of relevant technical program management experience, and offers a U.S. base salary of $150,000 to $215,000 plus equity and benefits.
