DraftKings is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager, Data to lead high-impact data initiatives across its Sportsbook Trading domain. The role partners with Engineering, Analytics, Trading, and Data teams to define priorities, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage dependencies and risks, establish scalable processes, advance AI-powered workflows, support production systems, and develop program-management best practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least four years of relevant experience, sportsbook or trading experience, AI automation experience, strong SQL and data-platform skills, and strong technical communication abilities. The full-time US base salary range is 145,600.00 USD to 182,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
