Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager – DFX Engineering to lead innovation programs for next-generation chip development. The role owns the full lifecycle of DFX technologies, from architectural specification through silicon validation, field deployment, and productization, while coordinating silicon design, verification, software, manufacturing, and datacenter teams. Responsibilities include managing schedules and dependencies, participating in build reviews, mitigating technical and schedule risks, communicating trade-offs to leadership, and institutionalizing process improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least six years of technical program management experience focused on semiconductor development, and hands-on knowledge of ASIC/SoC build, verification, bring-up, validation, or productization flows. Compensation is $168,000–$258,750 USD for Level 4 and $200,000–$322,000 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits.
