Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its DFX engineering team to lead software methodology programs across infrastructure, implementation, verification, and silicon bring-up. The role owns roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, release and deployment processes, verification planning, risk mitigation, metrics, and process improvements, while collaborating with DFX engineers, development managers, CAD, IT, and engineering teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of combined software or computer science experience including 3 years of technical program management, and strong ASIC/SoC design and DFX knowledge. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of 168,000–258,750 USD for Level 4 and 200,000–322,000 USD for Level 5, plus equity and benefits.
