Description
Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution of reliability and durability validation programs for its ECU product line. The role manages test schedules, DVP&R documents, sample allocation, lab capacity, risks, and gate reviews across internal laboratories in Northern and Southern California and accredited third-party facilities. It requires at least four years of technical program management, test engineering, or validation coordination experience, a relevant engineering degree, familiarity with ECU reliability testing methods and automotive standards, and experience coordinating internal and third-party test programs.
