Deepgram is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Tooling & Systems) for Engineering to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale ML infrastructure and AI tooling programs. The role covers model training pipelines, experiment tracking, inference serving, production monitoring, technical architecture, rollout strategies, cost and latency optimization, internal ML tools, and cross-functional coordination with research, engineering, product, and data teams. Candidates need at least five years of program management or technical leadership in ML infrastructure, platforms, or AI tooling, along with strong technical acumen and experience translating research requirements into scalable systems.
