Deepgram is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (Engineering) to own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs involving software, hardware, and research. The role coordinates workstreams, milestones, risks, trade-offs, and interdependencies across engineering, research, product, and operations teams, while building lightweight processes and tooling. Candidates should have at least five years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives, strong technical acumen, experience with hardware and software programs, and familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and cost optimization.
