Tekion is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives critical to its cloud-native automotive platform. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, coordinates engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and other teams, manages risks and dependencies, establishes reporting cadences, mentors junior TPMs, and influences strategic planning. Candidates need 6–8 years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or engineering leadership, along with software development, system architecture, agile, stakeholder management, and project-management-tool proficiency.
