Genesis is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in Paris to lead cross-functional AI and robotics programs from foundation-model training through hardware–software integration. The role owns roadmaps, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and lightweight execution systems while aligning Bay Area and Paris teams and using AI to automate program-management workflows. Candidates need at least four years of experience leading complex technical programs in fast-moving environments, strong technical fluency across AI, robotics, hardware, software, and simulation, and the ability to learn new technical domains quickly.
