AWS Global Engineering Strategy is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to own program governance and execution across its global engineering strategy organization. The role will track goals and KPIs, manage design intercepts and deployment plans, maintain project delivery status and databases, coordinate regional and cross-functional stakeholders, formalize processes, and provide leadership visibility into pipeline status and delivery risks. The position requires extensive technical product and program management experience, engineering-team experience, software development experience, and cross-functional program management experience, with occasional travel and international support. The role is based in Herndon, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with an annual base salary of $148,700 to $201,200 USD.
