Workiva is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager on its GRC team to partner with Engineering, Product, and UX leaders and coordinate delivery across CPX, Solution Consultants, and go-to-market teams. The role focuses on program structure, cross-functional alignment, risk identification, escalation, ownership transitions, and improving delivery processes, while actively using AI tools and contributing to an AI operating model. The position requires at least four years of technical program or project management experience in a software engineering environment, a technical or STEM degree or equivalent experience, and offers a US salary range of $111,000 to $180,000 plus bonus, restricted stock units, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.
