Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager, Hardware Strategy & Operations will lead technical program management, leadership operations, and portfolio planning for an Advanced Technology Labs Hardware organization. The role coordinates R&D, finance, product planning, manufacturing, HR, and other business functions; manages risks, dependencies, milestones, budgets, capital expenditures, headcount, and resource allocation; develops executive reporting and governance mechanisms; and supports technology investment, industry analysis, partnerships, and technology roadmap decisions. The position requires a technical degree, semiconductor or related hardware experience, and at least seven years of experience in technology organizations.
