Description
Rewards Network is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the planning, governance, risk management, reporting, and delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic programs, including product modernization, partner and merchant onboarding, payments integrations, and infrastructure upgrades. The role manages multiple concurrent programs across Product, Engineering, Data, Partner Management, Marketing, and Operations; reports to the Senior Director of Product; and requires an embedded-ownership approach with strong stakeholder influence. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Chicago with in-office presence three days per week, offering a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 annually plus a 15% annual bonus target.
