The role leads complex enterprise product deployments, manages milestones, resources, scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and customer acceptance documentation, supports pre-sales and post-sales handoffs, manages third-party integrator relationships, and improves deployment processes. Candidates need German and English fluency, European citizenship, at least five years of complex program management experience, enterprise software deployment experience, program management methodology knowledge, and strong communication and change-management skills; JSON familiarity is preferred.
