Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager I for its Space Systems division in Long Beach, California to lead high-volume satellite production from prototype maturity through full-rate manufacturing. The role owns technical roadmap decisions, rate, yield, and unit cost improvements, coordinates cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test, and serves as the primary contact for commercial constellation operators. The position requires a technical bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of program management experience, demonstrated hardware/software production scaling experience, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
