Ford’s Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, fully integrated electric vehicle interior systems from ideation through design, engineering, testing, and industrialization. The role coordinates engineering teams, resolves design and build issues, manages supplier relationships, monitors risks and deliverables, supports cross-functional decisions, and travels up to 15%. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of technical program management in hardware development, along with knowledge of product development and interior engineering technologies. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $138,800–$232,700 with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
